Gbatteries is a San Francisco-based tech company that has created a battery management system (BMS) to increase battery capacity and cycle count. Gbatteries' BatteryOS controls rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, enabling them to hold a higher capacity and not degrade over time.

Designed to dynamically manage the energy inside of a li-ion battery pack during charging, idling, and discharging, BatteryOS uses a patent-pending process to maintain lithium-ion diffusion at optimal levels and eliminate concentration polarization. Meanwhile, its architecture and controlling algorithm allows for the full utilization of active materials in battery cells.
