The formation of these divisions is the result of the company’s acquisition of companies like Non-standard Auto Insurer, Specialty E&S MGA & General Aviation MGA, Texas County Mutual Insurance Company and Excess & Umbrella MGU. The largest chunk of the premiums generated by the company is coming from their Hallmark Specialty Underwriters, which comprise 48% of their annual premiums.
